Pegasus performed a free concert in one of London’s most striking churches – celebrating the light and colour of France.
This performance marked Pegasus Choir’s 11th annual appearance at this Christmas concert in support of the outstanding work of Princess Alice Hospice
In 2015 Pegasus returned to Winchelsea to mark the 600th anniversary of the battle of Agincourt, and the 400th anniversary of an even more decisive battle between the French and the English which took place about 200km away from Agincourt, in Waterloo.
Pegasus were delighted to perform a short recital as part of the 26th Annual London Organ Day, with music from three countries and four centuries illustrating the lasting influence of chorale melodies in European music.
Pegasus’s annual concert in support of Princess Alice Hospice featured traditional and modern Christmas carols alongside readings by Michael Aspel OBE.
