We return to Tilford Bach Festival to perform JS Bach’s Easter Oratorio and Cantata 21: Ich hatte viel Bekummernis.

We will be joined by the London Handel Players and conducted by Adrian Butterfield.

London Festival of Contemporary Church Music – Opening Night Concert

Arise, My Darling – Opening Night of the Festival

Friday 8th May 2026, 7:30pm.

St Paul’s Knightsbridge, SW1X 8SH.

We are delighted to have been invited to perform on the Opening Night of this year’s Festival, held at the beautiful St Paul’s Knightsbridge. We will be performing a fantastically rich mix of recent UK and international choral works, including contemplative and beautiful music by composers including Roxanna Panufnik, Francis Grier, Stephen Dodgson, Judith Weir, and Joanna Marsh.

We are especially pleased to be joined by Roxana Panufnik, who will tell us about her piece, Love Endureth.
