Song Shards: From Darkness to the Light
Pegasus presented the London premiere of Colin Riley’s “Roads Shining Like River Up Hill After Rain”, setting the poetry of Edward Thomas in the centenary year of his death in the first world war. Our concert also included works by Tavener, Barber, Verdi and Elgar.
